Curriculum & instructional design
Intentional Curriculum Design partners with organizations to create curriculum, instructional resources, professional learning, and educational media for PreK–12 and Higher Ed.
Start a conversationEffective learning experiences do not happen by accident. They are shaped through thoughtful planning, collaboration, iteration, and a deep understanding of both educators and learners.
Technology can produce text, activities, and even full lesson plans in seconds, and those tools can genuinely strengthen the design process. But the work still requires human judgment, empathy, and experience. It requires understanding how educators use materials in a real classroom, where learners will need additional support, and when a lesson has to change because something isn’t working as intended.
Every lesson, activity, assessment, and resource should have a purpose. Technology may support the process, but every decision should still be made with intention, with the needs of educators and learners at the center.
Multiple ways to work together, from a first scope-and-sequence to implementation.

Formative and summative assessments built to measure what the curriculum actually teaches.
Content strategy, scripting, storyboarding, and instructional design for self-paced and blended digital courses.
Independent review of tools and platforms for instructional quality, standards alignment, classroom usability, and fit for the learners they’re meant to serve.
Turning consumer products such as robotics kits, STEM toys, and apps into classroom-ready programs for schools, camps, clubs, and after-school settings.
Workshops and training that help educators use new materials and tools with confidence, built around how they actually teach.
